- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of production processes.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
- Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards.
- May be required to work overtime, including evenings and weekends.
