About the Role

Unison Risk Advisors is seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join our Surety department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day Surety account responsibilities, including bond requests, client communication, and market approvals.
  • Execute bond transactions, handle billing, accounting, and collections.
  • Monitor client service cycles, renewal deadlines, and stewardship plans.
  • Participate in quarterly and annual Surety meetings with the Client Executive.
  • Maintain client electronic files and utilize EPIC and Tinbu systems for transactions.
  • Communicate legislative, regulatory, and technical developments to clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in handling large accounts, with a strong track record of dependability.
  • Experience with Epic and Tinubu systems is highly preferred.
