In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in the Neuro ICU, utilizing your expertise in critical care and neuroscience. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of care and attention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Neuro ICU, including assessing patient condition, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, including communicating with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in daily rounds and contribute to the development of patient care goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
- Current RN licensure in Wisconsin or compact state.
- Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire date.
- 2+ years of experience in critical care nursing, preferably in a neuro ICU setting.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
