About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team at Great Clips. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality hair cutting and styling services to clients
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest hair cutting and styling trends and techniques
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Passion for building genuine connections with customers and providing exceptional hair cutting services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
