Responsibilities- Assess patients preoperative and postoperative status to identify potential risks and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement evidence-based practices to promote patient safety and comfort, including pain management and wound care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure informed decision-making and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- One year of experience in preoperative or PACU nursing.
- Current state licensure to practice nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (if applicable).
We offer a competitive salary range of $45.00 to $55.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our team is dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
