Job Overview
At Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Floor Associate to join our team. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our stores remain well-stocked and organized.

Salary
The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $26.00, with opportunities for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation includes premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
• Review customer orders, locate and select merchandise on the salesfloor
• Ensure customer orders are filled accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and thanking customers with a positive attitude
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves as needed
