Job Title: Commercial HVAC Technician

River City NW Mechanical, LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC/R equipment
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and questions professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide emergency repair services
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC/R maintenance and repair
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including refrigeration units, air conditioning units, and heating systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability for on-call rotations and emergency repairs
