Overview: Soliant is seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position. This role involves working with students to address their speech and language needs, providing essential support within the educational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and language deficits.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote effective communication.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports to track student growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Active Ohio SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous school-based experience is a plus, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
