  • As an Equipment Repair and Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in our machinery and equipment, ensuring that our production lines run smoothly and efficiently.
  • This role involves a range of tasks, including repairing and rebuilding plant and process equipment, understanding and troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers, and repairing/replacing instrumentation to include level sensors, RTD's, chart recorders, prox sensors, and photo eyes.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Successful candidates will have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in machinery and equipment
  • Repair and rebuild plant and process equipment, including pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, and other related equipment
  • Understand and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (Nomenclature, input, output, etc.)
  • Repair/replace instrumentation to include level sensors, RTD's, chart recorders, prox sensors, and photo eyes
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies
