Aveanna Healthcare is a leading provider of home health services to medically fragile children and adults. We are seeking a compassionate Private Duty Nurse LPN to join our team.

**Job Summary:**

  • Provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, promoting independence and improving quality of life.
  • Implement physician-prescribed plans of care, conduct patient assessments, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.

**Requirements:**

  • Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state where you will practice.
  • CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS.
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
  • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, and company-paid life insurance, paid time off, and overtime opportunities.
