Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at InstaLoan. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and leading our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the loan process.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Customer Service Representatives, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Oversee store operations, including account management, collection calls, and recovery processes, while maintaining a focus on customer service and preventing loss and charge-off accounts.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, completing inbound and outbound call campaigns daily to build new business, maintain store profitability, and further brand loyalty and recognition.
  • Maximize customers' success by offering ancillary products that fit their needs, while ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and cleanliness, addressing basic facility needs and scheduling maintenance services.
  • Engage in ongoing training and remain updated on our evolving products and processes, working efficiently in a rapidly changing environment and handling multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
  • Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Background check required (subject to applicable law).
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time, the ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds, the ability to move about inside and outside of the store, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
