About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team at Dahl Automotive. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in helping our guests find the perfect new or used vehicle that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients to build a loyal customer base.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the ideal vehicle, taking into account their lifestyle, preferences, and budget.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, options, and the latest technologies, to become a trusted authority in the industry.
  • Deliver exceptional vehicle demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and features of each model.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful referrals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies to overcome objections and excel in sales situations.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, goals, and progress.
Requirements
  • A self-starter mentality and a strong desire to succeed.
  • A willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on new products and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A professional and well-groomed appearance.
  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience, with a preference for candidates with prior automotive sales experience.
  • A clean driving record and valid driver's license.
