Key Responsibilities- Complaint Resolution: Communicate directly with patients and their representatives to resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Investigation and Tracking: Investigate complaints thoroughly and track all relevant information in our enterprise-wide risk management software system.
- Feedback Analysis: Analyze patient feedback to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with healthcare teams, leaders, and providers to ensure that patient concerns are addressed and resolved.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain compliance with relevant regulatory agencies and guidelines, and escalate quality, safety, and risk issues as needed.
- Education: Associate's degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of three years related work experience.
- Licensure: Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana.
