Weekend Nurse Supervisor LPN or RN

About the Role:
Rosegate Village is seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to lead our weekend nursing team. As a Weekend Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising evening nursing staff and ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise evening nursing staff to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement care plans
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient care and address any concerns
- Participate in onboarding new teammates and provide support and guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers, and staff
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Two years of nursing experience providing direct care in long-term care, acute care, restorative, or geriatric nursing settings
- One year of supervisory/management experience with direct care staff
- Current active state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Current CPR Certification
