Role Summary
We are looking for a Nurse Coordinator for Patient Observation to maintain our commitment to delivering exceptional care to all patients.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will:
- Coordinate nursing care for assigned patients to ensure high-quality service.
- Utilize your knowledge and skills to provide care tailored to the physical, psychological, and educational needs of patients across various age groups.
- Exercise independent judgment in the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with nursing and healthcare team members to uphold professional standards in clinical practice.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A degree from an accredited nursing program, with a preference for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- At least 12 months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse in a hospital environment.
- A current Registered Nurse License in Texas or a Multi-State Compact License.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
