About The Job:

The Callaway Bank is seeking a talented Relationship Banker to join our team in Fulton. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining deposit relationships
• Selling appropriate products and services
• Processing daily transactions efficiently
• Providing excellent customer service, cash handling, and balancing

Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to manage routine and complex customer inquiries
• 1-2 years of financial related or clerical work experience (not required)
• Ability to do simple math

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $70,000, commensurate with experience.
