Server Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server Representative to join our team at Golden Corral. As a Server Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting return visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Satisfaction:
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by following the Eight Steps of Service.
  • Practice positive public relations by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests.
  • Aware of guests' needs and work to make their experience pleasurable.
  • Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions.
  • Promote teamwork by assisting other Server Representatives to ensure outstanding guest service.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Thoroughly understand product specifications and ensure guests' receipts match the number of guests dining in their party.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties.
  • Bring equipment and facility problems to the attention of the Manager.
  • Familiar with the correct table bussing procedures.
  • Follow safe work practices to ensure personal safety and the safety of other Co-workers and guests.
• Cleanliness:
  • Perform duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
  • Follow local health department laws.
