Senior FPGA Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled FPGA Design and Development Specialist to join our team at Saxon Global. The ideal candidate will have expertise in FPGA design principles, working with Actel/Xilinx/Altera/Lattice FPGA, and experience with RTL synthesis, constraints design, timing closure, and RTL development and debugging tools for FPGA (e.g. vivado and Synopsys).

The successful candidate will have a strong background in RTL debug and validation, and will be able to work independently to design and develop complex FPGA systems. If you have a passion for FPGA design and development, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, please apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex FPGA systems using Actel/Xilinx/Altera/Lattice FPGA
  • Perform RTL synthesis, constraints design, and timing closure
  • Develop and debug RTL designs using vivado and Synopsys
  • Validate RTL designs using test benches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop FPGA systems

Requirements:

  • Strong background in FPGA design principles and experience with RTL synthesis, constraints design, timing closure, and RTL development and debugging tools for FPGA
  • Expertise in RTL debug and validation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
