We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Fabrication Generalist to join our team at Blueprint Studios. In this role, you will perform a wide range of tasks, from painting and sanding to materials preparation and minor repairs.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $50,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will work closely with our designers, craftspeople, and professionals to deliver high-quality products and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paint a variety of surfaces using paintbrushes and spray painting equipment
  • Perform general labor duties, such as sanding, brushing, and materials preparation
  • Complete minor repairs and touch-ups on furniture, fixtures, and other display items
  • Assist fellow team members with handling and lifting bulky or awkward items
  • Load and unload trucks

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a fabrication shop preferred
  • Experience with painting equipment, paint preparation, and paint applications required
  • Good hand tool skills and attention to detail
  • Possess a valid driver's license
