Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Associate to join our team at Xperience Restaurant Group. As a Food Service Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Act as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Assist waiters and waitresses in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of sanitation and safety.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the efficient flow of food and beverages to customers.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • 18+ years of age.
  • Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards.
  • Minimum of one (1) year related experience.
  • Familiarity with Opentable.
  • Proper lifting techniques.
  • Guest relations.
  • Sanitation and safety.
  • Safe alcohol service.
  • Full service restaurant operations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in the English language, both verbally and in writing with staff, clients, and the public.
