- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize testing needs.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, with the ability to ensure compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science or engineering.
- Master's degree preferred, with a focus on quality assurance or a related field.
- Professional certifications, such as CSTE or CTFL, are a plus.
