We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Health professional. This role involves providing exceptional care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive medical services.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care, including administration of medication, wound care, and treatments.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to educate clients and their families about their care plans, medications, and treatment options.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
  • Solid computer skills, with prior experience using electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
