Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional respiratory care services to patients with cardiopulmonary insufficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory therapy services in clinical and community settings, ensuring compliance with the medical center's standards of care.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies to provide evidence-based care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current registration as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Current CPR certification and NRP certification within three months of employment.
  • Advanced training in therapies for persons of all ages is desirable.
