Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various digital channels.

  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce marketing materials such as brochures, social media graphics, and promotional emails.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Support the organization of events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Assist in maintaining the company's website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Respond to customer inquiries received through marketing channels and provide support as needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing team, such as preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and managing marketing calendars.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, MailChimp, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
