Work Schedule: Flexible per diem hours available Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comply with state practice regulations and maintain knowledge of laws governing physical therapy practice.

  • Assess, treat, and oversee treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy, documenting medical necessity clearly.
  • Foster open and respectful communication with colleagues, healthcare providers, patients, and families.
  • Participate in facility meetings as directed by management.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
  • Possession of a valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration is mandatory.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
