Key Responsibilities

As an Order Processing Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately comparing patient supply profiles with delivery tickets for accuracy.
  • Selecting appropriate inventory items in accordance with delivery tickets in a timely manner.
  • Packaging patient orders to ensure integrity of products during shipment, including proper labeling of bags and boxes.
  • Maintaining inventory at designated levels using the order placement process.
  • Receiving products into the warehouse, verifying packing slips, and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Communicating effectively with patients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in scheduled patient rounds, document patient conversations, and assist in the coordination of equipment and supply retrievals from patient homes.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
