About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our team at Hopedale Medical Complex. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our residents, visitors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food to residents, visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Work with other team members to prepare foods, deliver to other departments/buildings, wash dishes, and clean kitchens.
  • Stock carts with ice water and iced tea for lunch.
  • Load and deliver carts to various areas of the Complex.
  • Prepare kitchen and dining rooms for the next meal.
  • Answer kitchen phone as needed.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
