Job SummaryWe are seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at Erie HealthReach Waukegan. As a member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide ongoing comprehensive primary care to our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated physician to grow their career and make a meaningful impact in the community.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide patient-centered care.
- Participate in education, leadership, research, and advocacy opportunities to advance the field of medicine.
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Board Eligible/Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, or Pediatrics.
- Federal DEA license and Illinois Physician's license.
- Interest in and comfort with working with diverse patient populations.
