About the Opportunity

Your Responsibilities

As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide individual and group therapy to inmates within the correctional facility. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress while adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications
  • Active Colorado License as one of the following: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health, with a preference for corrections, forensics, or drug and addiction counseling.
  • Master's degree (M.A., Ed.S., M.S. Ed., Ph.D., Ed.D., or Psy.D.) in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
