Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Therapist to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, allowing you to work both remotely and in our modern office.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Perform detailed psychological evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and formulate treatment plans.
- Provide Expert Therapy: Deliver individual and group therapy using evidence-based methods suited to the needs of each client.
- Develop Personalized Treatment Plans: Create and implement treatment plans, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments.
- Maintain Accurate Documentation: Ensure accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment reports, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and counselors, to provide integrated and effective care.
- Provide Ongoing Support: Offer ongoing support and crisis intervention as required, referring clients to additional resources when needed.
- Ensure Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality regarding patient information and comply with relevant regulations.
