- Inventory management: Work with the Facilities Manager to maintain nursing supplies inventory, ensuring timely ordering and receipt of supplies.
- Compliance and safety: Ensure the clinic maintains compliance with regulatory standards and maintains a safe, secure, and clean environment for patients.
- Leadership and teamwork: Collaborate with Wellness Coordinators to ensure seamless patient care and maintain a positive, supportive team environment.
- Education and licensure: Valid RN license with no sanctions, current BLS and ACLS certification, and a BSN or diploma in nursing.
- Experience: Two years of related experience preferred.
- Skills and abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in-depth knowledge of IV clinic procedures, proficiency in patient charting systems, and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
