As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified professional, you will have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients and make a meaningful impact on their lives.

About the Role

The ABA Therapist will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with parents and caregivers, and tracking client progress. To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.

Our ideal candidate will have a current and valid RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), a high school diploma or equivalent, and completion of 40 hours of training in ABA from an approved provider. If you're passionate about helping individuals with autism reach their full potential, we'd love to hear from you.
