Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English
  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
  • Math and writing skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
  • High School diploma or equivalent, preferred

Responsibilities:
Team Environment:
  • You support a respectful team environment, communicate shift priorities and goals with team members, and provide coaching and feedback.
Operational Excellence:
  • You create and maintain a guest-first culture, resolve guest issues promptly, and ensure Brand standards are met.
Profitability:
  • You drive sales goals and results, execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives, and manage cash over/short during the shift.
