Job Summary

CHNK Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Telehealth Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality outpatient services. As a Telehealth Therapist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans for clients and their families, providing individual and family therapy, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Masters of Social Work (MSW) or closely related degree
  • Kentucky license (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT preferred)
  • Two years' experience in behavioral health or education
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment models
  • Medicaid/MCO billable or ability to become eligible
