Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Travel Nutrition Specialist to join our team in Delano, California. As a key member of our nutrition department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nutritional care to patients with special needs, conducting assessments and reassessments, developing and implementing nutritional plans, and educating patients and their families on healthy eating habits.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify those at nutritional risk
  • Develop and implement personalized nutritional plans, taking into account patients' medical conditions and dietary needs
  • Educate patients and their families on healthy eating habits and provide ongoing support and guidance
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food and Nutrition or related field
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) certification within 6 months of completion of residency program
  • Proven experience as a Clinical Dietitian, preferably with skills in nutritional assessment and planning
