Primary Care Physician

Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at CHAS Health, a leading provider of primary medical services in the community. As a Primary Care Physician, you will play a vital role in improving the overall health of our patients by providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:- Examine patients to determine their general physical condition and perform physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines.
- Order or execute various tests, analyses, and diagnostic images to provide information on patient's condition.
- Analyze reports and findings and diagnose conditions.
- Prescribe or recommend drugs or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related therapeutic procedures.
- Advise patients concerning diet, hygiene, and methods for prevention of disease.
- Record and/or sign off on physical findings, and formulate plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition, in patient's electronic chart in accordance with established standards.
- Graduation from a Masters level, accredited Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner school.
- Valid licensure in Washington State required.
- Secure narcotic prescription privileges.
- Board Certified or Eligible.
- Competitive compensation package including base salary range of $121,000 - 188,514 USD annually.
- Sign on bonus of $5,000.
- Annual bonus of $10,000.
