Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at National Park Medical Center. As a RN Labor Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes
  • Provide education and guidance to patients, families, and healthcare staff on various aspects of patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
  • Act as a preceptor for new staff members, sharing knowledge and expertise to promote professional growth
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current licensure in the state of Arkansas
  • Prior clinical experience, with a willingness to consider beginning practitioners
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and medical staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care
