Job SummaryWe are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented LPN to provide high-quality patient care and support our residents in achieving their optimal level of independence.
Responsibilities- Collect and record resident health information, including vital signs and medical history
- Administer medications and injections as needed
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
- Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output
- Valid NY State LPN license
- Must be in good standing with the State Registry
- Ability to work as a team member
$30 and up for 8-hour shifts, $45 an hour for 12-hour shifts
