- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement, upselling, and cross-selling of luxury goods. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Service Excellence: Handle client inquiries, concerns, and transactions with the utmost care and efficiency. Ensure that every client feels valued and receives a tailored shopping experience.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an aesthetically pleasing and organized store environment. Ensure that displays are updated and products are showcased to their best advantage.
- Inventory Management: Support inventory control processes, including stock replenishment, product tagging, and managing stock levels to ensure availability of merchandise.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices.
