Speech Language Pathologist Job Opportunity

Oxford Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide school-based services to students with communication needs.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work one-on-one with students, as well as collaborate with other staff members and disciplines to develop customized programs and interventions tailored to each student's unique communication goals and needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate students in the areas of speech, articulation, fluency, and language development
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each student's unique needs
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and other school personnel to implement interventions and support student progress
  • Conduct assessments and report on areas of strength and improvement in speech and language skills
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student-centered plans
Requirements:
  • Valid SLP license in NJ
  • ASHA CCC's
  • A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • 1 year of school-based or clinical experience working with children ages 3-18
  • Experience in IEP services and assessments preferred
