About the Role

In this crucial position, you will play a vital role in ensuring every product is perfectly packed and ready for shipment as an Assembly Line Specialist. Your hands-on approach involves assembling boxes, packing items, and collaborating closely with peers in a dynamic assembly line environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Box Assembly: Manually assemble boxes and pack items efficiently.
  • Maintain Equipment: Keep machines in top condition to ensure seamless production.
  • Production Excellence: Perform tasks associated with the production line, focusing on high efficiency and minimal downtime.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards and report any issues promptly.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster excellent communication with team members to support changeovers, quality inspections, and machine cleaning.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in packaging or production (1-2 years preferred).
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks on an assembly line.
  • Physical stamina to stand for 12-hour shifts, rotating through different stations.
  • Familiarity with quality control and inventory management principles.
  • Capacity to operate production equipment and handle materials effectively.

Compensation Package
