The Container Store is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Part-time Retail Employee to join our team. As a Seasonal Retail Employee, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and supporting the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Welcome and greet all customers, providing personalized assistance and solutions to their organizational challenges.
- Sales and Service: Serve as a register person, focusing on providing a great customer experience during checkout, and introduce and enroll customers in our rewards program.
- Merchandise Processing: Work merchandise processing during early morning or evenings, maintaining the sales floor and ensuring shelves are full and presented according to our brand standards.
- Carryout and Cleaning: Support carryout to customers' cars, whether through curbside or in the parking lot/garage, and assist with cleaning routines around the store.
- Order Processing: Process customers' orders for curbside pick-up and/or delivery, and organize the stockroom to ensure it is well-maintained to support selling efforts.
- Time Management and Attention to Detail: Adhere to time expectations, performing tasks with accuracy and timeliness, while exhibiting pace and attention to detail.
