Nurse Manager

UC Davis Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team in providing exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and promoting a culture of excellence within our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate patient satisfaction and quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to ensure a skilled and dedicated team.
- Graduation from an accredited BSN program or equivalent experience.
- Current unrestricted state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR/BCLS certification and ACLS preferred.
- Minimum of two years of previous nursing leadership experience and two years of rehab nursing experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive salary range: $166,000 – $187,000 per year.
