LPN Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled LPN Lead to join our team at Novant Health First Charlotte Physicians Matthews. As an LPN Lead, you will play a crucial role in providing non-clinical and clinical duties in practice under the direction of the practice manager within your scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the practice manager and physician to recognize and communicate opportunities for improvement related to best operational efficiencies in the physician practice setting.
- Embrace change and act as a change agent to drive process improvements.
- Monitor the quality of completion of core processes in the department.
- Collaborate with other departments or disciplines to achieve desired outcomes as assigned by the physician.

Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program, required. Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of demonstrated leadership, training, and process improvement, required. Experience in the physician office practice setting, required.
- Licensure/Certification: Current LPN licensure in the appropriate state, required.
- Additional skills required: Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation, competency testing, and Basic Life Support.
- Additional skills preferred: Leadership development.
