Job Summary

The Facilities Maintenance Associate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of assigned areas within our facilities. This includes offices, restrooms, eating areas, elevators, drinking fountains, walkways, and other designated spaces.

This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate must also be willing to complete tasks and work assigned hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain restrooms, including replenishing supplies as needed
  • Empty trash and recyclables from designated areas
  • Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop, and dust mop hard surfaces
  • Dust and reposition furniture as required
  • Perform additional duties as necessary

Compensation and Benefits
