Administrative Assistant Job Summary
The Center for Human Development is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our program, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality services to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Clinic Director and Clinical Supervisor
- Manage reception, answer telephones, and handle supply inventory
- Code and file bills, manage checkbook and petty cash account
- Perform data entry, report writing, and record keeping
- Run errands, collect data, and assist with quality assurance
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in English
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual skills
- Administrative training or education
- Experience in an office environment
