Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized nursing plans for patients in Labor and Delivery
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct patient and family education on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
  • Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the United States
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
