Job Overview

Position Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled mechanical maintenance technician responsible for constructing, repairing, and servicing components for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and various industrial sectors, including energy, oil, and gas. The role involves working with complex machinery such as turbines, fluid drives, torque converters, and hydraulic couplings. Once fully trained, technicians may be required to travel across state lines, with advance notice provided for all travel arrangements, which will be covered by the employer.

Essential Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy industrial mechanics
  • Proficient in interpreting blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical diagrams
  • Experienced in using precision measurement instruments (micrometers, gauges)
  • Solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Familiarity with forklift and overhead crane operations
  • Relevant technical training and certifications in power plant operations
  • Possession of a Journeyman Card

Work Environment

This role is fully on-site in a dynamic industrial setting.

Shift Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (4:30 PM when overtime is required)

Currently operating on a 5-day workweek with extended hours, including weekends, averaging 58 hours per week.
