RN Baylor Weekend Nurse

The Lutheran Homes of South Carolina is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on a weekend basis. As a RN Baylor Weekend, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and coordinating care plans.
- Assess and evaluate resident needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the State of South Carolina.
- 2-4 years of experience as a RN, preferably in a long-term care setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday.
- Ability to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 50 pounds.
Please note that this is a weekend position, and the successful candidate will be required to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
