As a participant, you will embark on a three-year journey of growth and development, gaining exposure to various areas of corporate finance, including financial accounting, tax, treasury, audit, financial planning and analysis, finance operations and shared services, and corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a comprehensive onboarding program to develop technical skills and knowledge
  • Engage in rotational experiences across different areas of corporate finance
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting leaders to drive business decisions
  • Develop analytical and problem-solving skills through hands-on experience
Requirements:
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university or have completed an undergraduate degree in a business or STEM-related discipline
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to summarize data into information
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
  • Expected graduation before June 2025
